Third parties

Your privacy is important to us, and we do not share your information with third parties not affiliated with MARBO. MARBO will share your data with online payment service providers, accounting services, and, if necessary, partners. Data will be shared only with those third parties that can guarantee a standard of personal data protection equal to that provided by MARBO and with third parties with whom there is a legal obligation to share.

Third parties may not use the information shared with them for marketing activities.

Given that no data transmission via the Internet is entirely secure, MARBO cannot be held responsible in the event that third parties gain unauthorized access to the data and is not responsible for any damage that may occur in such a situation.

We use the MailerLite service to send newsletters. The following data is collected here: name, IP, and e-mail address. Personal data is stored within the MailerLite service until the user requests its removal. Every email message sent from the service has a link to remove from the list. After three months of inactivity of the subscriber, MARBO will warn him of inactivity, and if the subscriber does not reactivate within 7 days, he will completely remove the user and his data from the system.
